Our property is conveniently located one block from exit 135 off I-40, halfway between the communities of Hickory and Statesville, North Carolina. We’re just five miles from the city of Conover and across the street from Boxcar Grille and Burger King. We’re proud to provide clean and secure storage units with large aisles between our buildings for easy navigation. Plus, our customers love our extended access hours that run from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.

- Turn right to merge onto I-40 E toward Statesville
- In four miles, take exit 135 toward Claremont
- Turn right onto N Oxford Street (follow signs for Claremont/Industrial Park)

- Head north on N Depot Street toward E Main Street
- Turn left onto E Main Street
- Turn right onto N Oxford Street
